Dramatic Scottish Highland landscape with loch and mountains in golden light

Bespoke Tours

Your Scotland. Planned by People Who Love It.

Every Macleod Links tour begins with a conversation. We listen to what you want, draw on what we know, and build an itinerary that could not belong to anyone else.

What Bespoke Means to Us

Nothing Off the Shelf. Nothing Left to Chance.

We are a family from the Highlands. We grew up on these courses, and around these dinner tables. When we plan a tour, we are not working from a brochure — we are sharing the Scotland we know and love.

Bespoke means that your itinerary is built around you: your pace, your interests, your group. It means we think about the drive between venues as carefully as the venues themselves. It means we help you arrange a caddie whose experience and local knowledge can make all the difference to your round.

We handle every detail — accommodation, tee times, transport, dining, distillery visits — so that when you arrive, your only job is to enjoy Scotland.

Golf-Focused Tours

Built Around the Courses.

For guests whose priority is the golf, we design itineraries around the courses that matter most to them. Championship links, hidden Highland gems — we arrange the tee times, the caddies and the transport, and weave in the best of the Highlands around each round.

Mixed Experience Tours

Golf, Castles, Whisky and More.

Scotland is more than its golf courses, and the best Highland tours reflect that. We combine rounds at exceptional venues with visits to ancient castles, private distillery experiences, scenic drives through the glens and evenings at carefully chosen country houses. Each day is different; each day is memorable.

Family & Group Tours

Something for Everyone.

Not everyone in the group plays golf, and a great Highland tour should work for all of them. We design itineraries that give golfers the rounds they came for while ensuring non-golfers have equally rewarding days — wildlife, shopping trips, history, whisky, walking, or simply the extraordinary landscape. We have done this for our own family; we know how to make it work.

Private & Celebration Tours

Occasions Worth Remembering.

Milestone birthdays, retirements, reunions — the Highlands provide a backdrop that makes any occasion feel significant. We arrange private dining, exclusive venue access and the kind of personal touches that turn a good trip into an unforgettable one. Tell us what you are celebrating and we will plan around it.

How It Works

From First Conversation to Final Round.

01

Tell Us About Your Trip

Get in touch and tell us who is travelling, when, and what matters most to you. There are no forms to fill in — just a conversation. We will ask the right questions.

02

We Design Your Itinerary

We draw on our knowledge of the Highlands to build a day-by-day itinerary tailored to your group. We will suggest courses, accommodation, experiences and routes — and we will explain why we have chosen each one.

03

We Refine It Together

You tell us what you love and what you would change. We adjust until the itinerary feels exactly right. This is a collaboration, not a transaction.

04

We Handle Everything

Once you are happy, we take care of all the logistics — bookings, confirmations, transport, caddies, special requests. You receive a detailed travel document and a direct line to us throughout your trip.

All of Scotland

We Are Not Limited to the Highlands

While the Highlands and Islands hold a special place in our hearts, Scotland's golfing and cultural riches stretch far beyond them. From the ancient links of St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife to the Ayrshire coast, the Borders, and the dramatic landscapes of Dumfries and Galloway — we plan tours across the whole country.

Whether you wish to follow the Old Course Trail, explore the whisky distilleries of Speyside and Islay, or combine Edinburgh's history with the courses of East Lothian, we will build the itinerary around where Scotland calls you — not around a fixed map.

Let's Start Planning.

Every great tour begins with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind and we will take it from there.
